The objected target competencies for Unit SBM 1201 and SBM 1202 Project / Program Fundamental Management are the following: A. Each member of the project team will take major responsibility as an acting project coordinator throughout the project regarding to the learning processes. Communications will take place according to the project timeline. See Appendix 1 Project Gantt chart. Coordinator of the respective activity will take the lead accordingly. Means of communication will be in the form of face to face meeting and the use of online communications tools, such as SKYPE, DROPBOX and EMAIL.

In order to achieve and maintain high level of quality of the assignments deliverables, the following arrangement has been outlined: 1. The team needs to attain to the respective project schedule in a responsible manner. The team shall approach the roles and responsibilities in a professional way and leave no rooms for error as much as they can. 2. Each of the assignment has an appointed coordinator, quality manager and proof reader to ensure the tasks are delivered in accordance with the assignments requirements. 3. Each member must submit confidential group evaluation form. 4. Each member perform individual peer assessment: SLA and MTA for each activities 5. Project literature references use the Harvard Referencing System.
