There are a lot of ways to control an organization. One is through structure, rules, policies and procedures. Another is through inspiring and motivating employees to embrace the mission and vision of the organization. (Yes, this sounds like leadership, but there is a lot of overlap between the four functions as IÂ’m sure you have noticed).
